There are four tar files that contain the necessary files
to run the CBP Watershed model. This file lists their contents.

allinp.tar
  Calibration UCI files and directory structure.

allpp.tar
  All pre- and post- processor files
    pp/presrc - preprocessor source code
    pp/postsrc - postprocessor source code
    pp/lib - source code for frequently used subroutines
    pp/bin - directory containing scripts and executables to run processors
    pp/setup - a few useful scripts
    pp/tables - output of model appears in this directory
    pp/data - data file that describe a scenario are stored here
    pp/useful_programs - lots of programs that were used to modify the calibration 
                         UCIs and gather calibration model output.
