University to mark the twentieth anniversary of the first Chesapeake Bay agreement. The Chesapeake Executive Council announced two new innovative approaches to reduce nutrient pollution that include
developing a new watershed-based permitting plan and forming a blue ribbon Bay restoration financing panel. The panel will work with regional business and political leaders to find the estimated $11.5 billion dollars needed to improve water quality and protect the future of the Chesapeake Bay.
